The parties have settled their dispute before the learned Mediator.

Respondent nos.3 to 5 are minors. They are represented by respondent nos.1 and 2.

Respondent nos.1 and 2 appearing through video conferencing (VC), who are duly identified by their counsel, admit the execution of compromise agreements before the learned Mediator. The agreements in both appeals are duly signed by the respective counsels for the parties. The appeal is partly allowed and the award is modified in terms of the settlement agreement.

Pending the appeal, 60% of the amount payable to respondent nos.1 and 2 has already been withdrawn.

10% of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest thereon should be given to respondent no.2. The remaining 30% of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized Bank in the name of respondent no.3,4 and 5 equally till they attain the age of majority. 6.

Accordingly, award be drawn in the above said terms. 7.

Both appeals stand disposed of.

The Court fees be refunded, as per Rules.
