By this Application, the respondent no.3 has sought withdrawal of the amount with interest, as per the award of the Tribunal in Claim Petition NO.187/2007. By order dated 26/11/2019, the amount payable to the other claimants was allowed to be withdrawn. Since the respondent no.3 i.e. original claimant no.3 was a minor, the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- payable to him was ordered to be deposited with liberty to move the Court for withdrawal on attaining the age of majority.

The respondent no.3 has placed on record the transfer certificate of D.A.V. Public School, Neeljay Township, wherein his date of birth is recorded

2 4 caf 2493-2021 19/10/2002. Since the respondent no.3 has now attained the age of majority, the amount payable to him as per the award of the Claims Tribunal in Claim Petition No.182 of 2007 be released in his favour along with interest accrued on the said amount. 4.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
