DATED : 10-02-2015 This is an application filed by the respondent No. 1-land owner praying for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. The respondent No.1 has justified her prayer in the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest, if any, on filing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to the effect that in case it is found at the time of hearing that the respondent No.1 is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by her, she shall redeposit it with the Registry of this Court with interest as would be determined by this Court, within the stipulated time.
