After perusal of charge-sheet, it is clear that applicant has participated in assault, resulting into 19 injuries on injured, who has survived only with grace of God. When Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
