In spite of sufficient time granted for filing private paper-book, the same is not filed.

Accordingly, four weeks' time is granted to the appellant for filing private paper-book, as last chance, however on condition that they shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (Rs.One thousand only) as costs with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within one week from today failing which the appeal shall automatically stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
