Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, though the petitioner has sold the property, still the encroachment in the neighbourhood is going on. The petitioner has, therefore, requested the respondent-Authorities to remove the encroachment. We fail to understand as to what locus the petitioners have in the property when the same is sold by them.

In the above view of the matter, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
