Writ Petition No.4526 of 2022 :

1.

Shri R.L. Khapre, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, seeks time to take instructions in the matter so that the rejoinder, as a response to the stand taken by the respondent No.1- Reserve Bank of India in it's reply, can be filed by the petitioner. 2.

The request is opposed by Shri M.G. Bhangde, learned Senior Advocate for respondent No.1.

However, considering the constraints expressed by the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, we are inclined to grant one more chance to the petitioner to put it's stand in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, we grant time to the petitioner to file it' s rejoinder to the reply of the respondent No.1- Reserve Bank of India. We also direct the petitioner to incorporate in the rejoinder all the facts relating to the petitioner-Society having accounts in other Banks and their status after the impugned directions were issued by the respondent No.1- Reserve Bank of India.

The parties are put on notice that this petition is likely to be taken up for final hearing on the next date and, therefore, no adjournments shall be granted by this Court.
