This is an application of original claimant for returning the amount of compensation which is deposited by the appellant. The appellant was acquired land for which the compensation amount has been deposited as per the order of Reference Court. Considering the reasons stated in the application, passed the following order :

(i) Applicant/respondent no. 2 is permitted to withdraw 50 percent amount on usual undertaking and 25 percent amount on furnishing the solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar(Judicial).

Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed.
