Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

We find that presence of the record of U.L.C. No.247/1976 in the context of steps taken under Section 10 of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation)Act, 1976 would be beneficial to consider the challenge raised in the writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain the aforesaid record of proceedings bearing U.L.C. No.247/1976 from the office of the respondent No.2. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
