The learned counsel for the parties state that a similar issue was involved in Writ Petition No.3447/2013 and this Court has, by an order dated 29th November 2013, allowed the Writ Petition, by quashing and setting aside the order impugned therein, which is similar to the order impugned in the instant petitions. The learned counsel for the parties state that a similar order may be passed in these Writ Petitions also and the respondent would take necessary decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioners. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 29th November, 2013 in Writ Petition No.3447/2013,we dispose of these

2 08.04.wp.4984.14+. Writ Petitions by quashing and setting aside the impugned orders. The petitioners are permitted to file a representation within a period of fifteen days and the respondent is directed to take a decision on the representation in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the receipt of the representation. The petitioners undertake to appear before the respondent on 24th April, 2015, so that issuance of notice to the petitioners could be dispensed with. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
