DATED : 30 th September 2019 Shri M. K. Pathan, learned A.P.P. states that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive in as much as Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code is added in the crime registered against the accused, Statement of Vishal Daherwal under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is recorded and the role of suspect Shubham Tiwari in the crime is examined and it is found that he is not involved in the crime. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has not been able to point out any further grievance. Accepting the statement made by the learned A.P.P. we find that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Hence the petition is disposed.
