The case of the petitioner is that post acquisition, for want of Pan card, the TDS Certificate was not issued though TDS was deducted from the amount of compensation.

According to him, subsequent thereto, he received the Pan card and as such, it is mandatory for the respondent no.3 to issue TDS Certificate.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.3 with his grievance along with the copy of the petition and annexures on 29th November, 2024. 5.

Once the petitioner appears before the said Authority, we direct the respondent no.3 to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance and communicate the order. 6.
