Since the appeal of the petitioner against the order of the disciplinary authority dated 30.05.2025 is pending before the Appellate authority and as per the rules, the time period stipulated for deciding such appeal is six months, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within stipulated period.

In view of the above, the respondent No. 3 is hereby directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against the disciplinary authority order dated 30.05.2025 within six months from the date of production of this order before the respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner undertakes to

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
