By this application, the original claimant is seeking direction against the appellant for filing calculation sheet as well as seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount as per calculation sheet filed by the appellant.

First appeal was already partly allowed vide judgment dated 20/01/2020. The appellant has filed calculation sheet which is accepted by the original claimants. As the appeal is already disposed of, the original claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest. The amount be disbursed to all the claimants on due verification and identification. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
