Since the learned counsel representing the petitioner earlier had filed pursis alongwith copy of the registered notice sent to the petitioner for engaging another counsel, this Court on 24.08.2021 had discharged the learned counsel but had granted time to the petitioner to take appropriate steps. Since such steps were not taken, further time was granted on 01.10.2021. Till date we do not find any steps being taken by the petitioner.
