The appeal is decided on 14.08.2019. In the judgment, surname of appellant nos. 2 to 4 is typed as Rathod instead of Mohod. Therefore, mistake be corrected in title clause in respect of name of appellant nos. 2 to 4 in place of Rathod as "Mohod".

caf 3485 & 3486.2019.odt Para 8 of the judgment be corrected as under: "Respondent nos. 1 to 3 do pay Rs.18,44,525/- to petitioner no. 5 (appellant no. 1) exclusive of the amount of "No Fault Liability" with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of petition i.e. from 29.11.1992 till the realization of the whole amount".
