Dated : 26 th September, 2018 This petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.6, Nagpur, to dispose of Regular Criminal Case No.65 of 2003 within a period of two months from today.

The order is passed accordingly. We, however, make it clear that an endeavour should be made to finish off the matter prior to 15-11-2018, and if it is not possible, it can be recommenced after 31-12-2018. In that event, the period specified by this Court shall not include the period from 15-11-2018 to 31-12-2018.
