DATE : 24/06/2022 Shri Deshpande, learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the charge-sheet has already been filed, considering which, it would be appropriate for the appellant to approach the learned Sessions Court for regular bail. The order dated 28/08/2019, protecting the liberty of the appellant, is continued for a period of three weeks from today. It is expected that the learned Sessions Court shall decide the application for regular bail, within a period of two weeks from today.

The criminal appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
