The limited prayer is made in the present petition to decide the proposal/application submitted by the petitioner - society to start the Primary School. It is submitted that the proposal is pending since 31.07.2014. 2.

The learned A.G.P. for the respondents/State, on instructions, makes a statement that the proposal/application would be decided within five weeks as per the provisions of the law.
