Heard respective learned counsel for the parties.

We have rejected request of learned counsel Shri A.B. Moon for the petitioners to give him opportunity to file re-joinder.

The contention, that the petitioners have not committed any offence and they should be given an opportunity to demonstrate it before this Court, cannot be accepted. The defence needs to be raised before the appropriate Court, in accordance with law.

This Court has issued notice on 6.10.2015.

The respondents have filed their replies on 19.11.2015. As such, more than nine months thereafter, leave is being sought to be filed re-joinder. There is no .....2/-

interim order operating. It is obvious that the respondents must have completed the investigation. We, therefore, dispose of the matter with liberty to the respondents to file appropriate report before the competent Court, in accordance with law.

All contentions are kept open and petitioners are given opportunity to move an appropriate application, if the charge-sheet is filed, as per law.

Accordingly, with these observations, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
