The learned A.G.P. stated that Law officer attached to the office of the Education Officer is present in the Court and admits that incorrect facts were placed before the Deputy Director because of which the communication that no proposal is received from the management, was issued by the Deputy Director. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has shown us an

Order 0704wp1076-22 endorsement of the Education Department which reflects that proposal sent by the management where the Petitioner is working, has been received as far as in the year 2015. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions states that in view of this mistake committed by the department, the proposal submitted by the management would be processed within a period of three weeks from today and the outcome of the same will be communicated to the Petitioner and the management. The statement made is accepted. In the light of the facts of this case, any delay in processing the proposal would be viewed seriously. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
