(Dated 08/02/2020) The appellant in-person and Advocate Shri S.S. Joshi, for the respondent along with the respondent present.

The appellant has filed pursis, marked '

X'

, stating that both the parties have amicably settled the claim in full and final settlement for Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three lakh only).

The appellant shall pay the aforesaid amount in three installments, each of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh only). The first installment will be paid on or before 31/03/2020, second installment will be paid on or before 31/05/2020 and the third installment will be paid on or before 30/07/2020. On failure to pay the installments as per the terms of compromise, the entire amount shall be recovered at once. The appellant shall pay the amount by advance cheques to the respondent directly. The amount of no fault liability of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand only) allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent. The admissible Court fees be refunded as per Rules. The matter is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award in terms of compromise.
