The petitioner seeks appointment of an Administrator on the school which is conducted by Baliram Maharaj Shikshan Sanstha, a registered Public Trust. We find that the petitioner has an effective alternate remedy by invoking the jurisdiction of the Joint Charity Commissioner under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.
Shri A. A. Dhawas, learned counsel in that view of the matter seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned Joint Charity Commissioner. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The points raised are kept open.
