This an application for condonation of delay of 113 days which is caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application that the appellant has to seek necessary permission before filing of the appeal from its regional office which is apparently just and reasonable cause.

In view of that, the delay of 113 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Mr C.A. Anthony, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that entire compensation amount along with accrued interest is already deposited.

In view of that effect, execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment is stayed till disposal of the appeal.
