However on instructions received from his widow, it is submitted that the entire claim of the deceased petitioner had now been received which is also seen from the paragraph 4 of the reply filed on behalf of the respondent no.5. In view of aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. It is disposed of. No costs.
