DATE : 07/09/2017 This petition is preferred by 27 petitioners, out of which it is reported that 7 petitioners have expired, and therefore, the applications for condonation of delay and bringing the names of legal representatives of petitioners on record have been filed. The copies of these applications are served upon the respondents. On 04.09.2017 we pass an order as under :- "By consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, put up these matters for final hearing at Serial No.1 on 07.09.2017. The applications

0709wp1770.02.odt for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of the petitioners on record shall be decided on that day itself and no adjournment shall be granted on the ground that the applications are yet to be decided." 2.

Accordingly, we have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties on all these applications. 3.

After going through the averments made in these applications which remain uncontroverted, we find that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay and bringing legal representatives on record. Hence, all these applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Hence, all these civil applications stand disposed of.
