Appellant-accused is produced in execution of non-bailable warrant. He was served with bailable warrant, however, he remained absent. He prays for legal assistance. 2.

At his request, Advocate Shri Vijay S. Manmothe is appointed to represent the appellant-accused. Advocate Shri Manmothe filed application for release of appellant on P.R. Bond and time to furnish bail and surety before the trial Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the application.

The Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur to take necessary steps. 5.

Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following

O R D E R

(i) The appellant-accused be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court within two weeks.

(ii) The Police Inspector of Police station Officer, Police Station, Frezurpura, District-Amravati is hereby directed that the appellant-accused be released with immediate effect, after the appellant execute P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
