Mr. S.R. Narnaware, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement, that the petitioner has received the retiral benefits. However, the question of higher pay scale, which according to him, is permissible to the petitioner as on 1.8.2013 has not yet been decided. The petitioner, according to him, has already made a representation dated 11.8.2023 to the Respondent No.4, and therefore, now only seeks the decision of that representation.

Learned AGP has no objection, considering which, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to decide the representation dated 11.8.2023 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today.
