It is not necessary to detail the facts of the case, in view of the limited controversy that the proposal for approval of the Petitioner's appointment sent by the Respondent Management to the Education Officer has not been decided.

The Education Officer will take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks and Wadode

It will be open to the Respondent Management and the Petitioner to submit the documents in addition to the proposal sent to aid the decision making by Respondent Education Officer. 5.
