The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that since the term of the office of the Executive Committee of the respondent no.3 - Agricultural Produce Market Committee has expired on 26.9.2015, it would be necessary for the respondents to either conduct the election to the A.P.M.C. or extend the term of the Executive Committee under Section 14 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.

In the circumstances of the case, since we have directed the respondent no.2 in several other writ petitions to conduct the elections to several Agricultural Produce Market Committees in the State of Maharashtra, within a period of six

0512wp5385.15.odt months, we direct the respondent no.2 to conclude the elections of the respondent no.3 - A.P.M.C., Malegaon, within a period of six months. The interim relief granted on 23.9.2015 would continue till the elections are concluded.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
