This is an application for grant of bail.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.334/2019 registered with Hudkeshwar Police Station, District Nagpur for offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act read with Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.

At this stage, learned counsel Shri A.D.Katariya for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.
