Heard Shri P.S. Tiwari, learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms. K.S.Joshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant no.1.

By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant has prayed that the First Information Report bearing No.M-Case No.4 of 2013 registered with the non-applicant No.1 - Police Station against him for offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, be quashed. Criminal Application is admitted and interim order granted on 24th September 2014 continues till today. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that the Investigating Officer, by communication dated 21st October, 2020 had sent proposal to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, for submitting 'B' Summary in the matter and the Deputy Commissioner of Police, by communication dated 9th December, 2020 has approved the proposal sent by the Investigating Officer. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the consequential action will be taken and 'B' Summary will be submitted before the concerned Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter at this stage. Needless to say that if the non-applicant no.2 - Informant has any grievance in the matter, he may approach the concerned Court and/or to take appropriate steps, if required.
