The applications for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of the petitioners on record shall be decided on that day itself and no adjournment shall be granted on the ground that the applications are yet to be decided."

The petition does not abate as a whole because it can be prosecuted by petitioner Nos.1 and 2. After going through the averments made in the applications, we find that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay to bring the names of legal representatives of petitioner No.3 on record.
