DATE: 30.09.2022 The grievance is that the protest petition dated 22.10.2021 which is filed by the petitioner - complainant in response to the "B Summary" is not decided by the learned trial Court.

We are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage.

The petitioner may file an appropriate application before the learned trial Judge requesting urgent hearing of the protest petition.

We have no reason to assume that if such an application is filed, the same shall not be considered by the learned trial Judge.

The petition is disposed of.
