He further prays for grant of liberty to file a fresh application, in case, there is no progress in the trial, in near future. 2.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted with liberty to move a fresh before the trial Court, if there is no progress in next one year.

The criminal application is disposed of, as withdrawn.
