This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application for restoration of writ petition of which registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the delay occurred because the petitioner was not aware about refusal of registration and filed the application immediately after getting knowledge. He states that the delay is unintentional and needs to be condoned for allowing the petitioner to contest the petition on merits.

Considering the reasons mentioned and submissions advanced the delay of 168 days in filing the application is condoned subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs. 2,500/-

MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 17231/2025 1.

This is an application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration was refused for non-removal of office objections by order dated 20th January 2025.

Learned counsel for applicant-petitioner submits that the applicant-petitioner is ready to remove the office objections so that the petition can be heard on merits. Considering the submissions advanced and the reasons mentioned the application is allowed. 3.

The applicant-petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within 2 weeks.
