This application is for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.11,97,639/- deposited by the appellant. The Land Acquisition Officer granted the rate of Rs.40,600/- per hectare, which has been enhanced to Rs.1,00,000/- per hectare. The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant upon furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The balance 50% of the amount to be deposited in the fixed deposit with any nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter to be renewed from time to time. The civil application stands disposed of.
