By the present application, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay in preferring civil revision application. 3.

The contention is that when road in question was reduced by the order of Sub-Divisional Officer the applicants contacted their counsel and it was advised to challenge the said order, therefore, it caused delay of 43 days in filing the revision application.

The application is opposed by the non-applicants on the ground that there is nothing on record to show that delay caused is bonafide one.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 43 days is condoned. Registry to register revision application. The application is disposed of.
