After hearing the parties including the claimants, this Court passed an order on 10.7.2012 directing that the amount of compensation be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank and permitted the claimants to withdraw the interest. In the present application, the claimants have not been able to point out any change in the circumstances for seeking withdrawal of the amount.

The Civil Application is dismissed.
