Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to him, the issue regarding the construction of a canal in proper manner, is still not decided by respondent Authority.

He is also submitted that he has made various representations to the concern Authority, however the same are still undecided.

Be that as it may, the issue can be decided by the respondent Authority. Therefore, we hereby direct the respondent nos. 3 to 5 to decide the representation of the petitioner, which is in the form of notice dated 12.02.2025, within eight weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today, before the concern respondent Authority, within two weeks from today. 6.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 7.
