Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, she has invited our attention to the communication dated 13.05.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Bhandara Irrigation Department to the Accountant General (A&E)/respondent No.2, wherein guidance has been sought regarding the release of pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the guidance was sought in May 2025 and no decision has been taken till date, we direct the respondent-authority to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of three weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

6.

Fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per the Rules.
