Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the outset, he submits that the respondents be directed to decide the issue raised in the legal notice dated 24th August, 2024 within a time-bound period. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is praying for acquisition of land, we direct the respondents to decide the issue raised in the legal notice dated 24th August, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order before the respondents. 3.
