Vide order dated 22.08.2025, the parties had proposed the name of Shri Justice R.K. Deshpande (Former Judge) to act as the Arbitrator. Accordingly, both parties were directed to deposit processing fees/charges of Rs. 10,000/- each within a period of one week.

Learned counsel for the applicant has already deposited the requisite fees. However, learned counsel for the non-applicant deposited the processing fees on 15.10.2025. According to the learned counsel for the non-applicant, the delay occurred because the nonapplicant is a Central Government authority, and the SKNair

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to seek a disclosure statement from the proposed Arbitrator as per Section 11(8) and 12(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

List the matter for further consideration on 10th November, 2025.
