Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Court did not consider the settlement deed dated 13/3/2013 while passing the impugned order. In my opinion, the settlement deed dated 13/3/2013 had no bearing upon the grounds taken in the application filed for condoning the delay. Besides, that was also not the argument when Criminal Application (APL) No. 124 of 2016 was prosecuted. Therefore, no case has been made out for reviewing the order dated 02/8/2016.

The application stands dismissed.
