Heard Shri Anoop Parihar, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri S.A. Chaudhari, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1 to 3.
Though the application is lacking in some necessary details, considering the facts of the case specially that the application is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as the reply is not filed, the delay in filing the application is condoned, the civil application allowed. The appellant shall pay costs of Rs. 1000/- to the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Rs. 1000/- to the learned AGP. F.A. St. No.14730/2013 Taken up on board for admission by consent of the learned Advocates for the respective parties.

Shri S.A. Chaudhari, the learned Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3.
Ms. Taiwade, the learned AGP waives notice for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
