DATED : 12.08.2025 By this application the applicant is seeking modification or relaxation of condition No.3 in Criminal Bail Application No.1181/2024.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State. Perused the order passed by this Court by releasing the applicant on bail. Considering the apprehension that there is likelihood of tampering to the witnesses, the condition was imposed that the applicant shall not enter in to the vicinity of village Chikhali, Taluka Risod, till culmination of trial. The trial is yet to be commenced. At that stage, no ground is made for relaxation of the condition. In view of that the application deserves to be rejected.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move the application for relaxation of the condition, after the evidence of the injured is recorded. The application is disposed of.
