By this application, the applicant/ respondent no.1 has sought withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/respondent no.1/ original claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount subject to an undertaking that he will refund the amount in case the appellant succeeds in the appeal.
