DATE : 31.03.2015 Mrs. Dangre, the Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that since the respondents are ready to hold the elections to the concerned Agricultural Produce Market Committee, it would be necessary to dispose of the writ petition by passing an order similar to the order passed by this Court on 3.12.2014 in a bunch of writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.3781/2014.
Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the State Government to conclude the elections of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Washim within a period of four months, as the elections to the Agricultural Credit Cooperative Societies are said to have been already concluded, according to the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
