By preferring this application, the appellant is seeking an early hearing on the ground that the amount of Rs.7,00,246/-is held up with the Railway, and respondent No.2 is not refunding the amount. The appellant is in need of the said amount. Therefore, prayed that the appeal be disposed of by taking early hearing. Respondent No.3 has no objection for the same. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the civil application is allowed early hearing is granted.
