DATE :- DECEMBER 05, 2022 The petitioners are engaged with the Women and Child Development Department of the State Government. They seek challenge to the Notification dated 31.03.2022 in the matter of recruitment and promotion.

It is seen that the petitioners have an efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for challenging the aforesaid Notification which affects the petitioners services. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. By keeping the points raised open, it is clarified that the petitioners can approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for challenging the notification impugned in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
